N. (Nicolette) van Hof is verpleegkundig specialist. In 2007 rondde zij de opleiding Master Advanced Nursing Practice af aan de Hogeschool Leiden. In het LUMC houdt ze zich bezig met de poliklinische zorg van patiënten na openhartchirurgie. Daarnaast werkt ze aan projecten die de zorg voor de hartchirurgiepatiënten verbeteren.
